ClaimProof audits Shopify product catalog data for listing quality, claim review, and merchandising issues.
The CSV scanner processes product CSV files locally in your browser. The embedded Shopify app requests read-only product access so it can scan product titles, descriptions, handles, vendors, tags, images, alt text, SKUs, prices, inventory quantities, SEO titles, and SEO descriptions.
If you click AI brief, ClaimProof sends selected audit findings, product titles, handles, snippets of evidence, and suggested fixes to OpenAI to generate the action brief. This feature does not require customer data or order data.
The current version does not store product data, uploaded CSV files, or audit reports on a ClaimProof server. Shopify installation tokens may be stored only to support Shopify authorization and product scanning.
Product audit snippets are shared with OpenAI only when you use the AI brief feature. ClaimProof does not sell merchant data.
ClaimProof does not request access to customer or order data.
